3 things about myself
I think that The Aristocats is the most underrated Disney film.
The pink background colour currently on my blog is inspired by The 1975’s artwork from their album I Like It When You Sleep, For You Are So Beautiful Yet So Unaware of It. For all of you fans of The 1975, the hex code is #fbd0d5.
I have recently taken up knitting. Being an impatient type, I wanted to try out the stockinette stitch and thought: “Hey, why not knit my first scarf in this stitch?” D’oh! It’s still usable, though.
5 Questions from Dawningmoon
Which is a character that you wish to know the most?
The enigmatic and aloof Mr Darcy from Pride and Prejudice.
What do you think is the most powerful superpower in the world?
The ability to heal.
Which do you prefer: your book or series getting a movie adaptation or a TV adaptation?
When I was younger, I wanted to be a writer but I haven’t written a book or series yet. Who knows, maybe one day! If I did have a book, I would prefer a TV adaptation. Whilst the silver screen is great, they can fit so much more detail and depth into a TV series.
How do you visualise your book?
I’m putting my writer’s hat on! Ok, I visualise my as-yet-unwritten book being not too serious and not too light-hearted, just somewhere in the middle. It would be a romantic comedy that features a strong heroine, her sassy best friend, and an anti-hero who turns out to be the good guy.
What inspires you the most?
People. Everyone has a story to tell. Also, creative mediums like music, films, TV and books.
