    1. I’ve read half of them! 🙂 The ones I have yet to read are The Bad Beginning, Stuart Little, The Hobbit, Anne of Green Gables, and The Princess Diaries. I’m happy to hear you and your children enjoyed The Cat in the Hat!

      Thank you, Susan!

    1. I listened to Ella Enchanted on audiobook recently and it’s so good. Why didn’t anyone tell me about that book when I was younger lol. Hope you get a chance to check it out!

  1. I read most of these, but I do kind of wish I’d read The Cat in the Hat as a kid because I don’t really get why Dr. Seuss books are so beloved. My wild and wacky children’s book author was Bill Peet, who seems to have become largely forgotten.

    1. I think children really love catchy rhyming stories which is probably one of the reasons why Dr Seuss’s books are so popular. Ah I missed out on Bill Peet’s books. Just checked out his works on Goodreads and it says he worked on so many Disney films! Now I’m intrigued about his books 😊
