WWW Wednesday #5: 18th October 2017

www-wednesday-shazreads

WWW Wednesday is a weekly meme hosted by Sam at Taking on a World of Words. All you need to do is answer the three questions below and leave a link on Sam’s post.

The Three Ws are:

What are you currently reading?
What did you recently finish reading?
What do you think you’ll read next?

Let’s get started!

What are you currently reading?

the outsiders

The Outsiders by S.E. Hinton which is a classic YA book. I’m loving the friendships between the cast of the male characters. It’s an intriguing, dramatic and fast-paced story about a group of teenage gang members and their rivalry with another gang in America during the 1960s.

What did you recently finish reading?

One of Us is Lying

One of Us is Lying by Karen M. McManus. I enjoyed this YA mystery novel. It’s very suspenseful and gripping. My book review is here.

What do you think you’ll read next?

eleanor and park

Eleanor and Park by Rainbow Rowell. I haven’t read any books by Rainbow Rowell yet, and I’d like to start with this one.

Have you read any of these books? Let me know in the comments and feel free to link your WWW Wednesday post!

  1. Read One Of Us is Lying and thought it was so gripping as well! I had my theory from the start and ended up being right [well, partly right because the other part I didn’t see coming at all..]
As for Eleanor & Park, read it and loved it. 🙂 Still have to read Fangirl since it’s on my physical TBR. Looking forward to that one. 😀

    1. Wow, you’re smart! My theory was way off the mark and I was kept guessing “whodunnit” right up until the big reveal. Yay, I’m glad you loved Eleanor & Park. 🙂 I hope you enjoy Fangirl! From what I’ve heard, it sounds like a great read. 😀

      1. I think I might simply have read one two many of those kind of books, haha. I picked up certain things at the beginning that stuck in my head all the way through. I couldn’t shake the feeling that “that person” did it. :p
        Thank you! 🙂
