Top Ten Tuesday: Rainbow Book Covers 🌈

top-ten-tuesday-shazreadsTop Ten Tuesday is an original weekly meme created by The Broke and the Bookish. This week’s topic is Cover Theme Freebie. I’ve picked rainbow book covers and have chosen books which each have a different colour on the cover. Let’s go over the rainbow! 🌈

Red – Me Before You by Jojo Moyes
A bright and bold cover, much like the female protagonist Lou Clark.

Orange – Go Set a Watchman by Harper Lee
A dramatic orange cover.

Yellow – The Help by Kathryn Stockett
This is a sweet cover which reminds me of golden sunshine. I like the matching colour scheme of warm yellow and purple.

Green – Fangirl by Rainbow Rowell
A cute mint green cover adorns this YA novel by the aptly named Rainbow Powell.

Blue – The Great Gatsby by F. Scott Fitzgerald
A dreamy blue cover which reflects Gatsby’s nostalgia for the past.

Purple – Half-Blood by Jennifer L. Armentrout
I love this shade of purple on the cover of Half-Blood. It’s beautiful.

Pink – The Wrath and the Dawn by Renee Ahdieh
This is my favourite cover on the list. It’s sassy and stunning.

White – The Hate U Give by Angie Thomas
I’m drawn to this cover and need to read this book soon!

Brown – The Outsiders by S.E. Hinton
Who says brown is boring? This is a striking cover of a classic YA novel that’s on my TBR list.

Black – Gone Girl by Gillian Flynn
The black cover encapsulates the mystery in this novel.

Thanks for reading this list. What do you think of these colourful covers? Have you read any of the books on this list? Please let me know in the comments. Until next time, readers!
